PRESCRIPTION REFILLS- Calls for prescription refills are accepted during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday.  Requests received by 4:00 PM will be handled by the end of that business day.  Please have your pharmacist contact us directly should you require authorization for medication refills on our prescription line at 972-566-2402.  Follow-up visits with your doctor are required on a periodic basis for continuing medication refills.

EMERGENCIES- Our regular office phone number (972) 566-7576 will be answered 24 hours a day.  During office hours, we will be available to assist you immediately.  After-hours emergencies will be handled initially by our answering service, who will then contact the doctor on-call within a few minutes.  Should there be a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.  After hours calls for routine prescription refills should not be considered emergency calls.

PHONE CALLS AND MEDICAL QUESTIONS- We have staffed our office with experienced nurses who will be available to assist you in receiving prompt attention to your health questions.  If you are ill and need treatment by the doctor that day, your call will be transferred to one of our triage nurses who will speak to you about the nature of your current problem and confer with the doctor regarding a treatment plan.  Please contact our office early in the day as we have set aside a certain number of appointments in the event it is necessary for you to see the doctor.
